Q 84. Shall all men die?

A. Death being threatened as the wages of sin,¹ it is appointed unto all men once to die;² for that all have sinned.³

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (ESV)

And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment, (ESV)
